1. Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Sale items or special offers may not be eligible for return.

2. Exchanges

  • You can exchange your item for a different size or product (subject to availability).
  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days under the same conditions as returns.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
